- Where, which area of my life do I feel abundant? e.g. relationships, money, material things, security, good health, knowledge, inner freedom, experience of life, wellbeing other resources, spiritual connection….
- Feel that sense of abundance right now; how does that feel? Where do you feel it in your body in this moment? Let that experience change the way you sit.
- Enjoy it, appreciate it and notice its value. Continue the reflection form this feeling.
- From this feeling of abundance: When you see someone in the situation of scarcity: what do you feel? (for example generosity, guilt, judgment, inner criticism, jealousy, revenge, relief, compassion)
- Now reflect on where you don’t feel abundance. What are the areas of life where you have a sense of scarcity, of a lack of resources or access to resources.
- Feel that sense of scarcity right now; how does that feel? Where do you feel it in your body in this moment? Let that experience change the way you sit.
- What is your experience of the world coming from this experience? What do you see, that someone who has these resources you’re lacking, does not see? What kind of knowledge and perception do you have that someone who has the resources doesn’t have or know?
- How does that potentially make you more sensitive in relationships? Who can you feel and relate to, that someone who has abundance in that area, has a hard time relating to?
- Give that a value that and appreciate it.
- From this feeling: What do you feel if you see someone who has abundance in the area where you feel scarcity (for example generosity, guilt, judgment, inner criticism, jealousy, revenge, relief, compassion)?
